WHO ARE WE?
We are specialists in promotional merchandise and corporate gifting. We are members of the reputable BPMA and have been for 10 years. We are based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire (if you’ve visited you’ll know we’re some of the friendliest folk you’ll find in the UK!). Our Directors have been in the promotional merchandise industry for over 34 years so we’ve been doing this for a long time, and we like to think we’re pretty good at what we do – but we’ll let you be the judge of that. During this time the popularity of promotional merchandise has never wavered, and we are strong believers in the power of gifting. Looking at previous work you may think we are solely for the corporate world but this couldn’t be further from the truth. We are here for everybody – the one man bands, the brides organising their wedding favours, the stag do t-shirts, the retirement gift for the boss, we’ve done it all and we love these sort of enquiries, so give us a go.

Customer Service is at the heart at what we do, we pride ourselves on it and have been told by many clients that this is what sets us apart from the rest. We have experienced designers on hand to assist with any artwork queries you may have. Our response times by phone and email are speedy so you can rest assured that you will receive a great quality product as well as a fantastic service. We appreciate that not everyone can benefit from having marketing or design departments, so we’re here to help with any niggles along the way.

BESPOKE
Whilst our website shows a huge range of products, this is just a snapshot of what we do and we like to limit the word No from our vocabulary. So, if there’s something you can’t find on the site, or you suspect what you’re looking for is completely mad, try us and we will see if we can help! Some examples of weird and wonderful things we have done in the past: cushions with David Cameron’s face on, branded Super Noodles and body piercing advent calendars!
COMMUNITY
We love to give back to our community, and especially our local one. We support many Staffordshire based charities. Over the years, we have donated countless raffle prizes, and even held a competition for a local school where the winning pupil won a supply of notebooks for their year group printed with their design. You may have seen our Director, Tony Altham, at a charity event as he is often found attending or even speaking. Any charities placing an order with us will also benefit from a discount.
Aside from charity support, we are long-standing members of the networking organisation BNI which prides itself on boosting the local economy by referring work to other tradesmen and companies.
